Welcome to the Manuel F. Hernandez PTA Web page! PTA (Parents Teachers Association) is the nation’s oldest, largest, and highest profile volunteer organization working on behalf of pulbic schools, children and families.

Here are some ways you can support the PTA:

* Join the PTA.  Only $5 per family.  You can get a membership envelope in the office.

*  Come to the meetings. Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month.  Your voice counts!

*  Use a SaveMart Shares Card. This costs you nothing, but earns the school money. All you do is have the cashier swipe your card.  The school gets 3%.  It’s that simple.  If you don’t have a Shares Card, pick one up in the office.

*Save BoxTops. Collect those boxtops.  The school gets 10 cents each.  Have family members and neighbors save them too!

Support School Functions. By participating in the Walk-A-Thon and Fundraisers, you are helping our students and school.  The money we raise goes right back to the school.
